Arizona Maternity Photographer
Motherhood:
Maternity photos have always been something I've felt connected with but the meaning changed when I became a mother. Our season of waiting took 10 years and we unexpectedly became parents of our beautiful baby girl, Amariah in 2021 (total pandemic baby). Pregnancy had its ups and downs but I would do it again in a heartbeat. Being able to bond and feel the life within you is an experience I desire for all women who wish to be mothers.
I believe that maternity photos should showcase the feelings and gratitude you feel for the journey you are on. I focus on refined images that make you feel empowered, strong, and beautiful. While also capturing the sweetness of the moments we are sharing. I want to create a unique session that represents you and all that you love. Let's incorporate your love of the things you love do you want golden hour I got you, a high fashion studio vibe let's do it, want florals I am here for it! Whatever it is, make this true to you and your essence. This should not be something to stress over so I've also created a curated client closet for you to use and have one less thing to worry about. I know you deserve this, if you do too let's talk!
A new life journey,
Pregnancy is not all sunshine and rainbows, there are so many unimaginable changes and challenges that we are faced with. Insecurities, risks, symptoms, and endless unsolicited advice but the one constant common denominator is the love that we have for our babies. We would do it ten times over to see and hold them. I understand all of these feelings because I've experienced them, and I make it my mission to capture that love, care, and self-sacrificing spirit that we carry our children with.
One day when you are showing your maternity photos to your kids, I want them to be able to say "Wow, mom you are beautiful", and I wish for you to feel that same way about this current season you are in. So whether this is your first pregnancy or your last let me document this one-in-a-lifetime experience for you. If you feel this let's connect and talk about how to personalize your session.

FAQ
When is the best time for portraits?
The late afternoon light is the best, usually around an hour before the sun sets. This hour is called the golden hour and you'll usually have beautiful golden soft light during this time which makes for some beautiful images. This does not mean we are limited to just that time frame sunrise sessions also provide gorgeous light so if you are an early riser definitely consider that option!
When will we get our photos?
You will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within 3 weeks from when you choose your gallery proofs (sometimes less depending on the season I photograph your story). You can download all the photos from the gallery but also share them, choose your favorites, and also order prints!
How much is the retainer?
The retainer for any of my collections is 40% so the final cost will depend on the collection you choose.
Where are you based and do you travel?
I'm in Phoenix, Arizona, and yes I love to travel! Premium travel is available on our petal and rose colletions. I am always down to travel and capture some incredible images.
What should I wear?
I cover this in my style guide, but some tips are stay away from matching. Focus more on coordinating the colors in your outfits. Limit patterns to one member of the family. Try to stay alongside neutral colors these look amazing in our gorgeous desert. Always remember your session is for YOU if you feel comfortable and confident that will show in your photos.
